Our story is rooted in a deep passion for the work we do. The owner, T.J. Hiott, was quickly drawn to the world of waste removal after graduating high school. Starting out by delivering dumpsters and handling trash removal for another company, he found joy in every aspect of the job—from delivering dumpsters to visiting transfer stations. After three years of learning the trade and earning his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), this experience fueled a dream of starting his own trash business, which led to the founding of Hiott Trux Waste Removal.
